Can't wait!  It's so close.  I've been avoiding leaks like the plague.  It's a shame they didn't warn you there was leaked footage, even if it was just the overworld.

I see.  That's good then.  I always hate it when people spring spoilers/leaks without warning.  I would have probably skipped over it.  I got to a point where I didn't want to know any more.  XD  I almost want to go a generation without knowing anything before the game comes out, but that's impossible.

I was a kid when Pokemon first came out and it became insanely popular. It was also the first anime I watched on TV. I got Pokemon Yellow with a Pikachu styled Game Boy Color and spent hours on it. Got Red/Blue after that. I collected all the cards, but never learned how to play the game. I also got Gold/Silver and Ruby/Sapphire. Ruby/Sapphire was the last Pokemon games I played. I still replay the old Pokemon games every now and again. My last replay was for a review I did of Pokemon Red/Blue in honor of the release of X and Y. Heard they sold over 4 million copies worldwide already. Not surprised.

Man Japan has a cute pokemon and x and why faceplate with the starers on it. I really want it. >.< 
I'm thinking about getting one because my 3DS has tiny scratches on it. :( I dont know how they got there.

X because you will get giant magical deer! Honestly I dont think it matters which one you get because theyre both the same game, but there are some pokemon that will only appear in one version. You remember exclusive pokemon right?

Because of the internet feature of the 3DS you can trade your friends online! I am looking to get Y though so I can have two files because gamefreak still doesnt give you two files. >.<

Hmm most of the pokemon that are this list are from older generations. X and Y really didnt have a lot of new pokemon. I believe it was 68 new pokemon? Kind of wish they made more. >.> However you said you stop playing after Heargold? Did you ever play ruby and sapphire?

i dunno...i remember them and i remember talking about them but i dont know if i did or not. I know that the only pokemon for the newer systems I own is heart gold. I have a bunch of older ones for liek the GBA and stuff. but yeah let's go with i stopped and haven't played since heart gold.

Pokemon X and Y do have pokemon you would be familiar with. They have huge choice of pokemon from gens 1-5. So basically it all comes to what legendary do you want? The deer, Xerneas or the bird Yveltal. Xeranes is a fairy type (which is a new type that was introduced to this gen) and Yveltal is a dark/flying type.

right then that helps! I think I'll go with X when i go to get it or which ever they have in stock that's really the deciding factor right?
