For those who haven't seen, the new Sonic the Hedgehog TV Series coming soon. It's gonna take some time to get used to super buff Knuckles, but other than that I'm optimistic.
Anything new on Cartoon Network that's not...
This, or...
This.
Or this.
Is something I can look forward to.

I actually liked Chowder. XD It has its moments. That show has been gone for some time now though.
I didn't know that Sonic Boom was a TV show? I thought it was the next Sonic game. They'll probably make a game for it. Looks promising. It's good to see a new TV show for Sonic. Plus it shows Cartoon Network is trying to be a good again UNLIKE another network.
Sighs I wish they would make a TV show for Zelda. I know it had one in the 80s, but it makes me shutter when I see it. Zelda could be a heck of a show if it had good storytellers.
It's both actually. The game serves as a prequel to the TV series.
I think Legend of Zelda would be better off as a TV series, preferably an anime. The way the games work with the number of temples and whatnot wouldn't translate well as a movie unless they broke it up into multiple parts.

actually kinda looking forward to it. it looks pretty funny
i'm just really curious as to what they're doing with Amy. she's always been one of my favorites, but the trailer likes to pretend she doesn't exist or is mute i guess XD
I just happen to catch the first episode of this, airing at 7am and no other time. I'm honestly surprised it wasn't super advertised and aired ten times a day like The Annoying Orange or Gumball or whatever.
I didn't expect it to be one of those eleven minute short cartoons, which of course means the emphasis is on comedy. But it's actually entertaining. Amy is especially hilarious. We didn't get to see much of anyone but Sonic and Tails, but what little we saw of the others was pretty entertaining.
In particular is the new girl, Sticks the Badger. Her voice might grate on the ears, but I actually find it kind of cute. Her character, from what I've seen is the ridiculous paranoid type.
From what I've read Sonic Boom's entire conception is a Western take on the franchise, which really explains Knuckles's newly buff design. All in all it's definitely something I'd continue watching. I actually got a few laughs out of it, and I already like all of the characters, and it's not Teen Titans Go.

I wanna watch the cartoon, i'm gonna try and catch it tomorrow morning.
The game is also out. I wasn't really planning on getting it- but now that people have deemed it worse or as bad as the infamous "Sonic '06" game, I realllly dont wanna get it. Apparently it suffers from the same "gotta go fast on developing this game out in time for Christmas" attitude that got Sonic 06 in trouble. Players have noted slow frame rates that interfere with the game functions and boring game play that has no focus.
Also interestingly Sega did not send out any copies prior to release date for review. A pretty wary sign from out the door tbh.
Which is really really sad to me. Because I look online at how many people are responding positively to the show. And I looked at some database and it seemed like they put some love into developing the setting (i.e.- giving their town a mayor and a town full more mundane animal citizens) I can already tell I'll like it WAAYYYY better than Sonic X which seemed really bogged down by its human characters (*cough*Chris)
So it just makes me mad when developers treat the main game product as something that needs to be rushed out ASAP in order to meet some sort of money-making quota (that only really lasts a short while now, since I give it maybe a month until the used copies cheapen the game's value) INSTEAD of taking the time to make sure the game actually functions properly as a piece of entertainment. It just makes everything else that took so much care look like poop.

I heard Sega didn't develop the game. They had another studio did it. I also heard the 3DS version is better.

Yea, I'm seeing it myself thanks to Game Grumps playing it. It's a pretty pathetic game, but it's giving way for loads of laughs. One thing not yet encountered on Grumps is a glitch that causes you to be trapped outside of the force field full of enemies that you need to beat in order to remove the force field.
Yea. I watched a video about the production of the game and it said that it was done by a California based studio.
At least the humor in the TV show is better than the game.
