Here's the MAL link, as always.
I tried reading the manga years ago, but just kind of ended up dropping it... But recently, I tried watching the anime. I've watched three episodes so far.
From what I've seen so far... It's basically Creamy Mami, but with cancer in it. Which is probably why I dropped it years ago -- I have a strong suspicion that this series will rip my heart out, sooner or later. I do hear it has a happy ending, though.
Also, I really enjoy the music in the anime! The opening theme is really catchy, and I actually really like the ending song as well. Usually I just skip those.

I, from what I've seen, don't really like Full Moon. But I just have never been into Arina Tanemura stuff in general. The melodrama is really heavy when it doesn't need to be and her characters are all the same archetypes just with different hairstyles.
I feel like I would enjoy the anime more than the manga tho, since it does have good music and it changes some of the drama for the better.

I have see most of the anime. I dropped it in the 30s? I fail at finishing animes. XD
I enjoyed it. The music is nice.
Eternal Snow was my favorite. Still is! It's a nice song! I made a KishxIchigo amv with this song a long time ago. Sadly it's gone forever thanks to Google merging Google+ with Youtube. I accidentally deleted my account thinking I was getting rid of Google+.

I love FMwS :D but not the anime, I read the manga and it was great. BTW Tanemura design is simply perfect *-*

Oh lordy! I've had the manga for years, and re-read the entire thing recently! Never got around to finishing the anime though. I really ought to. I liked the manga when I was a kid, but now that I'm older...I like it a whole lot better now than when I was a kid! I'm utterly blown away by how dark it is!
Manga spoilers:
My God, and people get on my case about my fan fics being too dark! Full Moon basically tackles issues such as illness, scandalous love affairs, the pros and cons of the music industry, dangerous fans, death, suicide, child abuse, child/parental abandonment, heck, there's even a scene of an attempted rape in volume 4! And yet I don't see anyone complaining about any of this! Seriously, if Full Moon is able to get away with all of this, then I don't see why I can't either! Arina Tanemura is really bold for going in the directions she did, and I wish I could be as brave as she. But I've gotten too much backlash from haters and closed-minded SJWs regarding my fics which kinda destroyed me inside, and kinda killed my love for writing for a while. Full Moon managed to help bring it back somewhat.

I have the manga stuffed somewhere in one of my book shelves. I don't know if I ever finished reading it.
