I would like to hear what you guys think makes a good TMM fanfic. It can range from pairings to fics to non pairing fics. It can also include those fics about the mews daughters becoming mew mews.

You know, this is actually going to be a really interesting topic since we have a lot of writers here.

I'll withhold my ideology on the pairing fics for now, but for non-pairing centric (even if pairings are still present), what I like are the darker stories that show a bit of realism. In most magical girl shows, and fanfictions as well, the toll extracted of that lifestyle is just swept under the rug. Or if it is shown, it's brief and minimized. It may sound like a downer to want to see the darker side, but that brings about such gripping reading.

I remember from my you are not alone fic, I had Kisshu told Ichigo that he could easily kill her which is very true. The aliens actually have weapons that can hurt people. The mew weapons only hurt the cirima animas.

I do like that. Kisshu uses physical, metaphysical, and chimera weapons. Ichigo only has her Strawberry Bell, which isn't much in comparison.

No her weapon is isn't. The only mew weapon that could be a threat is Minto's bow and arrow.

Or Zakuro's whip, if you think about it. It acted as a physical weapon more than once throughout the series.
