New manga and now a new anime. Question is what will it be? I believe it has something to do with the manga. I misread the article the first time. I guess CCS may be getting its own manga adaptation. Sighs. Do really need it? I don't get why they're bringing back another 20 year old manga series. The only series where I didn't mind getting a manga adaption was Fullmetal Alchemist. The reason being the manga was still going when Brotherhood started. Oh well at least CCS's manga works well in an anime format.  Thoughts?

This had better be an adaptation of the new manga series, that's all I'm saying.

If it is a remake of the anime closer to the original manga... Well, I hope they at least take Rika/Terada out. I know I already talked about that, but I reeeeaaally hated that part of the manga and I really REALLY do not want to see it animated.

Oh, please, I hope so. I love the rest of the manga, but the whole 30 year old teacher being engaged to a 10 year old student thing was sooooo creepy. And I asked my friend from Japan about it, and she told me that that was illegal in Japan in 1996, too, so you can't even argue "Oh well, it's okay in Japan". But yeah. I'm really relieved to hear that...

To be honest I didn't think much of it, when I read the manga. At least in the old anime (dear god must I say that?) it was reduce to a harmless crush. It's common for students to crush on their teachers.
