After seeing what the latest Sailor Moon Crystal OP did with those two, I got hit in the face with a big read sign that said "SHIP IT!"

I like the idea of Nozomi x Rin from Yes Precure 5 as a pairing. Rin is so much like a wife who has to constantly nag Nozomi and look after her that it's hard not to see them as a pair.

And of course their updated versions, Miyuki and Akane from Smile Precure, would be cute together as well. I dunno, I think I just like the silly and cheerful MC being paired up with the tomboyish one.

Special mention must go to Mana and Regina, as them having cute moments together was one of the few good things about that show.

And of course, I'm definitely fond of Mytho x Rue in Princess Tutu. Not much I can say about that one other than it was definitely deserved by the end of the show.

Also, whether or not Steven Universe qualifies as a MG show... Pearl x Amethyst. It's amazing how these two seem so drastically different, yet deep down are very similar. The episode "Cry for Help" pretty much spells this out, as it's one of the few times that Amethyst is able to empathize with Pearl.

As for NOTPs, aside from the student-teacher CCS example mentioned previously, there's nothing I can think of outside of situations where I dislike both of the characters in the pairing.
