Kids today probably would enjoy the old PPG. I mean, Nickelodeon still airs old episodes of SpongeBob, and they air reruns of Drake and Josh on Teen Nick. I watched those shows as a kid, and now my younger niece and nephew watch them too. They don't care that it's old. When I was a kid I watched a lot of reruns of 90's Nick shows. The age of the shows never even occurred to me, I liked them just as much as the newer stuff.

My only guess is that Cartoon Network has Boomerang, so that's why they don't want to air the originals on their main channel. In that case, they should just work on new content, and leave the classics alone.

As a kid I would watch Nick@Nite because of that block I love old sitcoms. I would watch older cartoons with my dad as well. I loved the Tex Avery Show and the Mel Blanc Show. I would watch the Looney Tunes, Tom&Jerry, ect. Never once I thought about how old these shows were.

Sadly Boomerang isn't what it used to be. They air current shows on there now. They do show 90s cartoons, but now they rarely show stuff from my dad's generation.

They air current shows on Boomerang?! What?! What's even the point, then?! I understand them playing 2000's stuff that was canceled, but if you want current shows, you can just watch the main channel!

Yep they show Teen Titans Go and the Amazing World of Gumball. It's really stupid. It's basically their version of Nicktoons. By the way Gumball is a great cartoon. Well I think it is. XD However it does not belong on Boom.

from what i saw,  it was horrible. the twerking was... oh my... my eyes... I don't like cartoon network anymore.
