I feel like we need a place to talk about the happenings in the video game communities! You can talk about latest events, up coming games, your experiences,ect.

COD is intended to that type of public and to people that like first person shooters, while Love Plus is in other type of genre dedicated to other type of public. The way that it is decided if a game is better than other or telling if it's doing well or sucks it's determined by: the targeted audience, functionality of the product, genre of the game and the general execution of the objective of it.

The community in video games, generally, has it's rations of trolls and haters and they concentrate more in massively played games, and is in that games that something needs to be done by the developers or by moderators in servers if it has any.

Yes the gaming community is quite toxic. Honestly I think it's more toxic than anime communities. There's only so much gaming companies can do. Plus with internet people make online communities and companies have no control over that. GameFAQS boards are really filled with trolls. All them are immature babies who need to grow up.

im gonna start using, "It is my patriotic duty as an internet user to inform you that you are a cretan" on people in the gaming community, for sure in FF XIV that has some of the most special(and not the nice kind) people i have ever had the displeasure of gaming with, and I play a lot of games, so this is really just wow..

There's some kind of crazy sale going on in the 3DS E-Shop. I went into the "Price Drops" section and there's A LOT in there. 

Super Street Fighter 4, normally priced at $20 is now just $5!
Shantae and the Pirate's Curse, normally the same price, is now $10.
Ace Attorney Dual Destines, normally $30, is now $15.
Shovel Knight, usually $15, is now $10.

I'm seriously considering Street Fighter, but not entirely sure a normal fighting game translates well on the circle pad. Shantae is also tempting, since I've heard it doesn't have the same problems as the previous two in its series, but only have 71 days on my Pokemon Bank subscription.

Maybe I'll just move my Pokemon over to Alpha Sapphire, since I never play that anymore.

It somewhat bugs me that people say a game is bad simply because they didn't like it. Do people not understand what good or bad means anymore?

I swear to go Nintendo gamers can be so entitled at times. Recently there was a Nintendo Direct for upcoming games for the spring and summer.

People bitching about a new Paper Mario game for the Wii U. It looks similar to Sticker Star which is hated. Personally I thought the game was alright. I was enjoying it for what it was. I'm looking forward to this new Paper Mario game. They only showed it for like 30 seconds. I'm going to wait until more is shown to have any judgement. I will most likely get it.

Then there's Metroid Prime Federation. Oh boy. Last year at E3 they showed this Metroid spin off and people were pissed. They finally showed it in the direct and people are still pissed. I get you want a main series game. Metroid hasn't had one since the Wii, but to throw a fit about a spin off game? That is so childish. Nintendo could just drop Metroid. They don't have to make new games for all their IPs. I mean look at Kid Icrus. He didn't get a new game until the 3DS. Prior to that I believe he only had one game on the NES.  They can skip a console. Star Fox hasn't a new game (not counting the 3DS remake of 64) since the Gamecube.

Ugh sometimes people are right about Nintendo fans.

I love my brother's old jam pack demos disc. I actually play that pretty often.

Scarier/more 'hard core' games in demo format are literally fun for me.

I'm not the most uberly skilled gamer, i guess :) But I like games x3; Games. Are fun.
