Main Voice Cast Stephanie Sheh as Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon Kate Higgins as Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury Cristina Vee as Rei Hino/Sailor Mars Amanda C. Miller as Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter Cherami Leigh as Minako Aino/Sailor Venus Robbie Daymond as Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Mask Supporting Voice Cast Johnny Yong Bosch As Artemis Michelle Ruff as Luna Danielle Nicole as Naru Osaka Ben Diskin as Gurio Umino Tara Platt as Ikuko Tsukino Keith Silverstein as Kenji Tsukino Nicolas Roye as Shingo Tsukino Cindy Robinson as Queen Beryl Todd Haberkorn as Jadite Liam O' Brien as Nephrite Lucien Dodge as Zoicite Patrick Seitz as Kunzite
Wow, this looks like a great cast.
Each and every one of them must be ecstatic to get cast in something so big. Although I bet Cristina Vee will be at least slightly happier than the rest of them being that she's well noted to be a huge Sailor Moon fan even saying that it's what made her want to get into voice acting for anime.
She even did covers of some of the songs from the show
But anyway, before I get too off track, congratulations to all of them. I can't wait to hear the dub in full.

Jeez can we get one anime dub these days without Christine Marie Cabanos or Christina Vee? Their voices just aren't good.
Kate Higgins? Oh. Sakura from the dub of Naruto. Wonderful...
And who do we have voicing our star? It's Yui from the dub of K-On. We've got an all-star cast right here. She also does Orihime from Bleach.
And Minako's is... Lucy from the dub of Fairy Tail. What, is Jupiter voiced by the person who does Nami on One piece? No? What a surprise. It seemed like they were going for every female lead in shounen anime.
I don't haaaaave to watch the dub so I really shouldn't complain. And I guess anything's better than... http://keyofnik.tumblr.com/post/66533663954/the-true-magic-of-dubbed-sailor-moon-is-that

Voice actors get re-used all the time. I don't see why anime dubbing is the only time people criticise it. I mean, the amount of roles Troy Baker has got in video games recently is insane.
The reason why they keep getting roles is because your opinion that their voices 'just aren't good' is clearly not reflective of the majority.
I'm fine with re-used voice actors so long as they're cast right. Casting someone like Greg Ayres who has a very distinct wimpy, raspy tone as a 14 year old boys? That works. Getting him to use the same voice for big, buff alpha male characters and delinquents? That's a bad idea.

I freaked out when I saw this list. Pretty much all of my favorite voice actors are in this. Well all except my no 1 favorite.
Oh well, maybe he will be in season 2 or crystal.

I'm not all that familiar with recent dub voice actors so I'm pretty "meh" about the cast (It's pretty rare for things I buy to actually include a dub tbh)
I'm not surprised at most of these voice actors being in shonen fare. I mean think about it. This is VIZ, a company that most of their DVD anime stock is on Naruto and Bleach. So most of their cast callings were probably with people who are in the area and have worked with VIZ before.
Viz has stated that Naoko Takeuchi has and will also be overseeing and approving this dub production. So if there's something wrong with the end product, she's got a bit of the blame (or praise) too now.
