the quiet, sleepy town of Silent Grove, canines and humans lived together in
harmony. Until the radiation leak three years ago, which reeked havoc on the
lives of the inhabitants of this small town. Most of the humans left, but those
who stayed faced side effects from the radiation poisoning; mutation, infection,
and even stranger effects that would set in later...With
the leftover humans busy with the side effects, the animals took to the streets.
But they, too, were affected by the radiation from the power plant, and some
began showing signs of the effects. But it soon became a dog-eat-dog world, as
chaos took control of Silent Grove.The
town turned to shambles, decaying and collapsing in on itself. In another event,
a massive corporation running expirements on long thought dead creatures brought
back some animals like Dire Wolves, who became the rare but powerful animal on
the streets around town. But that wasn't the only thing the corporation created.
They also created a biological weapon called the R Virus, which was released
onto the town.The
R Virus soon spread from Silent Grove and went international, killing and
mutating humans everywhere to create a new race of undead and infected, who
attack on sight. Though rare, they still exist as past humans and other canines,
and are a deadly predator to the animals that still live and run the streets,
who were cast from their comfy homes and must now survive in this dystopia.
