Has anyone else read this? I found out about this manga through My Anime List -- it was recommended for fans of Magic Knight Rayearth. It seemed interesting, so I got a copy of the first volume to check it out. (It was localized by Tokyopop under the name Dream Saga.) It does not have an anime adaptation.

So far, it's alright. So far, it seems to be a doomsday/chosen one plot that draws a lot of inspiration from Japanese folklore. Though, admittedly, the overuse of the names "Takamagahara" and "Nakatsukuni", along with other long Japanese names, made reading it pretty confusing at times.
