Each member of staff has beans they can give away each month. These beans are up to you to keep track of as they roll over from month to month. But there are a few rules.

No giving all your Thank You beans to one members. 
"Cause reasons" is not a valid reason to give beans to a member.
"Passing a class" or " being super helpful to new members" are good reasons to give beans.

I repeat keep track of the Beans you dont use each month!! They will roll over!! Please make a thread to keep track of your beans. Give away or thank you beans will be tracked in their own thread with a form. Trust me I know what I'm doing.
