In summer 2006 I was getting into rping, the result was a fairy by the name of Tsu-maru Annaii. About four years later I got the idea to write a magical girl story series starring her, much like Sasami from the Tenchi Muyo starring in the Pretty Sammy spinoffs.

She was the perfect choice since her personality is ideal for a magical girl protagonist, childish, naive and very affectionate. She is very cheerful and idealistic. 

Suzume "Suzie" Addison seems like your typical cheerful and silly thirteen year old girl, but she’s actually a magical fairy who had herself inserted into a normal, human family. There’s nothing more she would like than to just spend every day with her friends, eating and sleeping, going to school and all of that, but no matter how hard she tries, she can’t escape the reality that she isn’t a normal human.


Put yourself in her shoes for a minute. You witness a car accident. The driver is heavily injured and doesn’t seem like they’re going to make it in time for medical help to get to them. Do you maintain your status as a human and leave them to die, or do you risk it all and heal them?


That is the dilemma Suzie faces as she goes through her new life. This conflict reaches it’s extreme when strange monsters begin attacking the place she’s happy and proud to call her new home. With a little help from mother in the fairy realm, Suzie is able to take a third option, and becomes a Magical Girl protector of the peace!
