Seeing that the RP is a Little empty, and after much thought, while it fits the theme of our café, it could be better. To that end, I thought long and hard and came up with this idea. Mew Ami approved of it and to the end of having a fun RP I will need your opinión. Anyhow here goes:

"Two brothers against each other, consumed by their own goal. Being nothing but puppets in the hands of destiny. But at the same 2 hearts, who have nothing to do with each other, will become deeply connected and perhaps that unforeseen variable may change the world..."

"It's any girl's wich to be a princess! how can you not understand that?!"

"That beautiful radiance...even I can get it?"

"Waltz?! Your words do you little credit. This is nothing but a game of war!"



"Heh, heh, heh...The party has started has it not?! Now! Struggle, suffer, MASSACRE! Dance like the puppets and marionettes that you are! For it is in that sad little song, that the road to the Event horizon shall be opened...heh...heh...hya hya hya!!!"


Overview
The world or Arcadia, A.D. 2199. With prosperity and progress at hand, the prince awaits the Endless Waltz, a contest of beauty, pride and skill of princesses chosen all over Arcadia and with one goal only, dance for his hand. Different girls, with different hearts will battle to the end, and whosoever wins, gains the crown, the rule of Arcadia and the hand of the prince. However, not every "Princess" is of royal heritage; Each Princess is chosen by a special Tiara.
 Every girl who gets chosen by it, is automatically given a noble Rank, such a system can make any commoner a noble should the Tiara approve of her and thus, it has made the gaping difference in social and economic terms even greater and, created feuds between the aristocracy and the lower class. Despte this, it is every girl's dream to become a princess.

However, not all is golden for Arcadia, a certain man has risen and fevenrtly opposed the Waltz and the Prince himself. Who is this man? what does he seek? Paying no heed to him each girl becomes a princess and prepares to initiate a relentless dance for the sake of the future...

In-depth

A princess' power comes from her tiara, a magical jewel said to be created by a queen of legends herselfm when reunited, all Tiaras combine into the Crown worn by the new queen. Therefore, the loser must hand the Tiara to the winner. Then, when the time comes, the next queen will Split the Crown and, the waltz will begin once again.

Tiara:


A piece of precious jewelry said to be crafted by the legendary queen Herself. It grants the user magic and powers to fit their personality, goal and wishes, because of this, they vary in shape and for, but, when all come together, the crown of the queen comes forth, signaling the start of a new rule. The mysterious man is said to be trying to steal these for purposes unknown.
Dress:

An elegant piece of clothing worn when the princesses call their Tiaras. Whether it be a silk dress or a battle armor it's of little consequence. The power, resistance of the dress will be akin to the user's will and strength. Don't be decieved by form, a Silk dress may be harder than steel and a steel armor may be as easy to shatter as a normal rock; Like the Tiara it all depends on who wields it.

Princess:


A special girl who is compatible with the Tiara. Any girl capable of wielding it, immediately becomes a princess, representative of her nation/hierarchical city, they are powerful girls who can use magical pwoers to their choosing, to this end, the Little absolutes regulate them and prevent the misuse of Tiaras. There are very few who can do this and thus, the royalty created special facilities to find the candidates with ease, however, that man destroys these facilities with no apparent reason.

Pendant:

A variation of the Tiara, this is mostly worn by males, though the process to make them has been lost. They are able to match the Tiaras in strength but, they carry a side-effect as a cost. There are few to Little of them left in the world.


Les Petit Absolus(The little absolutes, can qualify as the magical mascots) The judges.

"Wow, wow no need to be so mean! We'll see each other a lot, so let's get along okay?"

"...Crow Liebely. Pleased to meet you.



The referees of the Endless Waltz, they are shaped as apparent twins(though they're not), The boy, Pigeon Clover(Blue) and the girl, Crow Liebely(pink). They ensure fairness and justice on the combats of the waltz and authorize the use of Tiaras. They also clear any doubts about the fight, answering any question. They wield blades in the shape of keys; Pigeon in the shape of a King of clubs and Crow in the form of a queen of hearts.

Their keys are known to create special fighting rings with barriers to prevent damage in the cities. The mischievous Pigeon is sought by many girls as he is "cute" in their words, making Crow jealous, though Pigeon claims Crow is his only one. Because of this, it's said that Crow gives good love advice...

Now the Issues that we have to resolve:

-Enemies and Baddies: last time I took upon myself to do them due to the lack of activity, and no one liked them. Now we'll all agree on particular ideas.

-The prince, I have an idea for him, but that depends on your opinions.

-The world: We can change it or leave it as is.
