She wears green spectacles. her fringe resembles how Kunzite's bangs look like. Her hair is done into four plaits, two long ones are in front and two shorter plaits are at the back.

Personality:
 
 
Ritsuko is an ambivert. She has a lot of introverted characteristics, but at times, she can be extroverted. To explain, one needs to know one thing.
 
Unlike her mother, Ritsuko has some confidence issues due to her need to wear spectacles (please see her history for more details on that). Thus, It takes a great deal of effort to gain her trust. She is friendly to those she trusts and introverted to those she doesn't.
 
 She was bullied in her old school. Due to the bullying, she has many strong mental barricades against attempts at friendship (she thinks it might be a trick so that people can bully her all over again). Thus, she is a loner and is afraid of people and sometimes she wishes that she did not have to fear people so much. What makes her satisfied is her zeal in studying.
 
Due to those facts, it is hard to tell what Ritsuko’s true personality is when you first meet her. When she does try and interact, she usually comes off as weird, shy, and often hesitating. To explain, she stammers when she meets new people and tends to have bad eye contact with them.  Due to that, she tends to lose herself in books and attempt to lose herself in their various fictional worlds.  This has caused her to have low confidence and she constantly thinks that she is a friendless failure.
 
When someone does manage to truly get to know her (when Ritsuko fully opens up), that person’s views on Ritsuko will change completely.
 
To explain, She is normally shy at first, so she is very quiet unless she is with her friends then she's really sociable. At school, she is a person of few words. Ritsuko rarely talks, and only does so when needed or if asked to.  However, she does socialize. To those who are her truest friends, Ritsuko is a happy, very excited, and bubbly girl. Ritsuko can be a little too absorbed in her studies and academic positions to care much about anything else, especially romance. It is hard to separate her from a book, especially if she is reading it. If people get to know her well, they will learn that Ritsuko loves  to secretly read romantic novels and some romance manga. Ritsuko also loves listening to romantic and pop music. Ritsuko likes watching MTV and singing, so in some ways she is like her mom. Note: she will only talk about her interests  to people she trusts fully. The singing, she normally does in the privacy of her room, in soft tones. She feels  very embarrassed if someone was to overhear.

Ritsuko has very strong principles. She believes in doing what's right even when it's difficult  but it  is hard for her to do the right thing  due to some of her trust  and confidence issues. she has a hot temper but as easily as she loses her temper, she can become happy and smiling  or shy/introverted again.
 
She tends to mope at times though (but as she makes friends, her moping times will vanish eventually) and this is caused by her low self-esteem. If she gets insulted or something similar, she will feel miserable for hours (it will take three or four hours for her to be cheerful) on end, unless a friend is there to comfort her and listen to her. Even a bad word makes her feel depressed very fast and it takes time (mostly one or two hours for her to be cheery again) until she recovers from that. It is a vicious cycle of self-hatred and self-remonstration.


History
 
Her father is Kunzite. Twenty one and a half years ago, Somehow, Sailor Moon's powers managed to bring him back to life. He now lives under the name of: Saitou kun*. Her mother is Minako Aino. Her father is a businessman and her mother is a singer. She has a fraternal twin sister who has no powers. ( they were born fifteen minutes apart, Chikara is younger than Ritsuko by fifteen minutes.) Unlike Ritsuko, Chikara  is powerless.( mini description of chikara: Has short violet hair and narrow dark green eyes (she is a minor character and only mentions  will be made of her.) She is atheletic and has no special powers.

* The name is based on the musicals and sailor V comic

They were both told of her father's and her mother's history:Sailor V, Sailor Venus...and Kunzite. They were told of the betrayals, monsters, trickery, and so much more. All of it sounded scary and exciting.

As soon as she discovered her ability to transform, Ritsuko has asked her parents to help train her as she wants to protect her sister, Chibiusa and all of her  current friends and future friends. She does not want to be helpless.
 
Unlike her mother, she has no great sporting abilities, with small exceptions: she can swim( Breast stroke only and only short distances( like half the length of an Olympic swimming pool)), kicking( she and she can use a sword( reason: it has to do with her powers). She has joined the literature club. She now needs to balance her training with school and other relationships (like: friendships and romance), along with her superhero life to become a really experienced sailor senshi. She also needs to make friends and know her allies and enemies well.

Despite being a busy singer/idol, Minako had a good relationship with her daughters. Despite being a busy businessman, Kunzite has a great relationship with Ritsuko and Chikara. He views Ritsuko as a intelligent young lady and he worries for her, as she seems to be rather lonely at times. Ritsuko has a close bond with her sister. Her younger sister had a typical sister-sister relationship: caring, fun, happy but rife with sibling rivalry.
 
Her sister is the athletic one and her sister enjoys basketball. Despite not being athletic, she would protect her sister. Kunzite views Chikara as a young and athletic lady. Despite the busy schedules their parents have, they do occasionally go and have dinners or lunches together, on the weekends.
 
Ritsuko normally takes a lot of salads and fruits. Occasionally, she will enjoy sweets, cakes and chocolates. 
 
She was more of a shy and reserved girl that was mostly alone. She reads a lot to 1. Escape from bullies and 2, her curiosity and zeal for learning. Thus, this lack of trust also makes her socially awkward, as she doesn’t really know how to interact with people. She was always bullied at school because of how different she was from the others(aside from being bullied for her glasses, her introverted extroverted behaviors also made her seem  odd), which left her without a lot of friends.
 
Though she’s mostly quiet on the outside, she is a strong-hearted individual who wants to help her future allies and protect all of her family members. Due to her lack of trust and shy behaviours, She may be considered to be passive but that shouldn’t be mistaken as a weakness.

 1. She is very knowledgeable. she's more intelligent than Minako.  Ritsuko knows of many different famous authors (of literature) and she's very good at trivia( except for sports, she has no interest in that). Note: She also knows about romance as she secretly reads romantic novels. So, she is good at critical thinking, which involves the evaluation of information, data, facts, observable phenomenon or research findings.

Transformation Sequence: Ritsuko holds  her pen( which she normally keeps  neatly behind her right ear ) and holds it above her head . She yells, "Venus Heart Power! Make Up!" The brooch glows in her aura’s color, which is a strange hue of Green and purple combined together. Then her whole body glows a blinding gray-pink light. Green ribbons surround Ritsuko.  The pen turns into a dark grey brooch, which lowers itself onto her chest as she holds her hands above her head. Then, the hearts conceal her temporarily. A light blue light shines through them and Sailor Chibi Venus, in her outfit, appears when she stops glowing and when the ribbons vanish.

Weapons or Items:
 TRANSFORMATION ITEM: VENUS HEART pen-  It IS DARK GRAY IN COLOUR and has a pink/blue heart on top.

Note:
the scallop shell doesn't mean the sea as in Sailor Neptune's powers. According to the manga, The Princess of Venus was said to be born from the foam of the Sea of Venus, which isnt part of the storyline this roleplay is in but since  sailor Moon , the series has many details inspired by mythology, That is why I was inspired to do that... I hope I don't sound confusing.

Roleplay sample
Today her friends were ill and  as a result, they were absent from school. Ritsuko  stared at the empty table that was nearby and sighed deeply. The situation was as normal as always. Nobody would be willing to befriend her. Nobody cared.  Chikara was... distanced from her. Ritsuko sighed deeply as she too, she felt that  she was unable to trust a lot of people. As a child of  a heroine, she didn't feel special. In fact, she felt alone. She neared the empty table, looked around with sad eyes and after hesitating for a few minutes, she sat down. She ate her sandwich and drank her drink quickly. She then took out a thick-looking notebook, which was filled with  many detailed notes. She opened it and read. After several minutes had passed, Her glasses had fallen off her nose as she had leaned down too much. she  quickly sat up, adjusted her glasses and continued to read intently. she then wrote additional notes while reading. While reading, she would be absolutely and very oblivious to the fact if anyone was approaching her.

Looking good so far. I like how she's different from her mother. Anyway you can expand upon her relationships with her family? Like close is she to her parents and sister?

I agree with Mew Ami on at least one thing : I like how Ritsuko is different than her mother.  Although I have one question about what you wrote at the beginning of the History section - How can Kunzite be Ritsuko's father if he was only brought back to life one month ago?

Also, I noticed that you gave no information so far on Ritsuko's birthday.  The way I like to go about this is to look at the common traits of people born under each of the 12 Western star signs (I copied these down onto two small slips of paper that a typical public library will give its users for free; and I did this copying from a typical paper encyclopedia, so I would be sure to not get any misinformation that one can typically find on the internet), and then glance over all 12 sections of it to find the best Western star sign for my character.  Then I just choose any good-sounding day that falls under my chosen Western star sign.  I hope that helps you!

Well you can just have brought back way before she's born. Love takes some time anyway. :)

Dealing with chronology issue(s) can be difficult when you're not good at Math, yes.  (It's easy for me probably only because I was so good with that subject in school.)  Anyway, I think Mew Ami gave a good method for dealing with this Kunzite chronology issue.  Because Ritsuko is 14 years old, I would say have Kunzite be brought back to life in the way that you mentioned at least 19 or 20 years ago.

And I like the Personality section for Ritsuko, as well as her History section (even though you want to lengthen the latter).  Plus, I loved the idea dump that you came up with this morning (by my time), because you tackled several things that you hadn't before (like Transformation Phrase & Transformation Item).  Now all of this is finally looking like it will be virtually a complete profile once you put it all together (I could not truthfully say that before this morning by my time).

So I would suggest you focus on that now, sailorpandabear.  Take your several different idea dumps that you have made in this thread, and work the ideas that you still like from them into Ritsuko's actual profile.  For example, I really like your idea that she has had to deal with bullying and its related social issues.  So hopefully you can work that idea into either her Personality section or her History section (whichever of those two you feel it fits better in).  Good luck!

As for two sections that still wouldn't have much information after you do this, I might suggest looking at the History as a Magical Girl section for Achyan Mizuno, and decide whether or not you like the way I dealt with this.  Just make sure to not copy exactly what I wrote (in other words, make sure to put it in your own words).  And for Ritsuko's Special Ability, there are several possibilities for that.  For example, you could mention that she's more intelligent than Minako.  And remember that this doesn't have to seem all that special, or it could be something that's kind of unusual (correct, Mew Ami?).  Like maybe Ritsuko knows of many different famous authors (of literature), or maybe she's very good at trivia.

I have to ask one primary question about that picture of Ritsuko - is that of her in her senshi fuku, or her school uniform, or what?  And if it's of her in her senshi fuku, then you'll have to revise how you described her senshi fuku in her actual profile (you described it as having green and purple as its primary highlight colors there).  (Not to mention that seems like a better place to describe her school uniform, for example.  The description of her senshi fuku seems to belong better in the Senshi Info section of her profile, which is the bottom part of her profile.)

EDIT : Mew Ami recently replied to our question about Powers/Attacks.  She said there is no limit to the number of them, and that technically they don't need to be included in a profile for her to approve it.

That is why I have said  she is a wip. I am in the process of changing her look. that is her senshi fuku ignore what the wip says...
