Creatures have been ravaging the streets of Inner-Town, destroying several businesses and leaving a death toll of seventeen and counting. Here's Peterson speaking to Police Commissioner Jordan about the police response:
"We've quarantined the district and evacuated most of the civilians from the area. If anyone in Inner-Town is receiving this broadcast, please evacuate to the bridges leading to Outer-Town. Most of the creatures have been spotted closer to the center of Inner-Town, so stay on the circumference of Inner-Town when evacuating to the bridges. We're doing the best we can right now"


A month ago, a man wearing a many layered black cloak spoke to you. He told you of ancient armies from space, vicious beings bent on ruling the universe. He claimed that Earth will be attacked soon for artifacts of power. He provided you with a colored cape and a task: destroy the alien invaders and retrieve the capes of their captains. The capes are powerful relics, and collecting them would allow the resistance to expand.

Hehe long read eh? I'm aiming to have a fairly laid back RP with this, but there will be general arcs and this idea does have an end. The 2nd Arc will be similar to "monster of the week" shows, so it'll be goofy and fun while I foreshadow other things.
1st Arc (and shortest); becoming a Majikkufūru 
2nd Arc (the actual meat and potatoes); being the resistance
3rd Arc (the finisher); beating the mastermind

The colored capes correspond to powers, but the descriptions are purposely ambiguous to allow the OC some creative vision with it.

Red: regeneration
Orange: vibrations
Yellow: light 
Green: growing
Blue: speed
Violet: illusions

All colors can do little tricks like jumping higher and having an personal outfit design and such

The RP story takes place on an island country with many rivers trickling across it. The city the events usually take place will be Cestus, a city shaped like a three bone rib. The outer rib being residential areas, the middle rib being schools and public places, and the inner rib being businesses and franchises. The Outer-Town refers to this rib shape area. The Inner-Town is a separate district in the middle of a lake next to the inner rib. It acts as an extension of the inner rib and as a financial district.

Whew, with all that said. Who would be interested in some rousing fun in an atypical magical girl story? One with mystery and snark?
