Part 1: A dark wind over the blue sea: King Shio, replaces the sickly Queen Hilda and orders the unification of Atlantis and The United lands of the Posiedra Ocean by peace or force. Such an order is sure to bring strife and disorder. As the dies of destiny move, certain pirate crews find special treasures and transform them into magical girls or "Mikos." which had not been seen in several millennia. The Seven Generals who are mixed between Shio's ideals and their loyalty to the former queen and true justice investigate, while starting attacks on the enemy. Overview:Stories of trust, betrayal, love and sailing in the sea, this is a role-play for the lovers of sailing and the sea. Based also on famous magical girl series, it is designed for anyone to create their character and save the planet from a whole torrential flood! Fight as a pirate and oppose the ruler who seeks to rule Atlantis, the capital of all the seas or fight for the government against those who oppose peace, order and unity! Unique magical girls who sail the sea and look for everything including: adventure, treasure and even…themselves. Story:A long, long time ago in the mythological era and before the time of our ancestors…It is said that there was a lot more land than today and people did not need boats as much to move. Great islands called continents were on the surface and people lived in peace. At the center of the world, there was the greatest city, named Lemuria. The capital represented the unity between humans and the sea and as such, was blessed with riches, commerce and progress. In the ancient world, it was said this was the utopia and that every city accepted its rule. Blessed with pristine water, thriving ports and paradisiac nature, Lemuria was the center of the world. However… Lemuria’s power was a magical item so powerful, it was guarded by the royal family it had. A mighty golden ring which was said to control the weather, it could sink the planet in a flood and even put out the hottest fire. With that in hand, the royal family kept it hidden so no man could use its power. Though, to them the people had righteous hearts. But…One day a war erupted, with the sole objection of taking the golden ring, Nibelung, the entire world fought over it. For whoever controlled the Nibelung, would control both land and sea, and the entire world. The troops of the Capital stood ready to fight but, the war became too intense and the losses were heavy… The last member of the royal family, wept in despair so as to save the land, the ring then decided to create a downpour so strong it would raise the water level and sink Lemuria, and with it, Nibelung itself. The last member fled as the beautiful capital sunk into the deep blue… So goes the legend of the Nibelung ring, which has great power but as humans, evil hearts always want power for the sake of ambition…No one knows if the ring still exists or even if this is a legend… But there is another part, the brave army of the forgotten capital was led by beautiful warriors who sought to thwart evil’s ambitions…They roamed the sea and with the will of the Queen, crushed all evil. Girls of today strive to follow in their footsteps. Today, only blue waves remain and no one knows if the capital still exists…or Nibelung for that matter… ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The world of Today: On the year 776, The Atlantean Empire seeks expansion through war and coercion. Their city, Atlantis the most developed city in the sea of Aecor, seeks to unite everything through power. Said to rival the fabled Lemuria in beauty, Atlantis is home to Aecor’s nobles and rulers and finest armies. In the name of justice they’ve invaded many islands and made them into provinces. The legion of the sea is ready to go at any minute and keep their expansion. The lovely queen, Hilda has fallen ill and been replaced by Shio, a court mage and became the ruler of the sea.The queen is under deep care and with King Shio in command, the attacks on the islands continues Queen Hilda and King Shio All of a sudden the lovely queen Hilda, said to be the jewel of the sea, envy to many women and the apple in the eyes of many men, fell ill. The gentle and thriving progress in her rule changed to that of King Shio, who thought she was too naïve and peaceful. The now tactical, cold and ambitious king seeks to unite all islands of the Aecor Ocean into a single nation, like Lemuria of legend. In a strange fashion, he is adept in ancient myths and legends, and desperately is looking for something…. Army of Atlantis Ranging from soldiers to inhabitants of the sea, they are said to be elite troops with varied, lancers, infantry and marksmen. They are said to use the sea as a weapon and are in a vast array from magic to weapons. All are fiercely loyal to Atlantis, believing it to be the harbinger of order, truth and justice. The sailors fear to break their laws. The real reason however, is Atlantis’ most powerful legion of warriors, called “Seven Sea Shoguns.”Each presiding over one of the seven seas, they are said to represent the sea’s impartiality to give and also to punish and are the royal guard to King Shio and the ill Queen Hilda. They have magical items as source of their power and these artifacts are said to keep the order and stability in the sea. Very few have lived to confront them and even fewer to live and tell the tale… Those who live freely! Pirates! There are some individuals who do not like the laws of Atlantis and live to their own will, sailing the seas looking for treasure, adventure and all sorts of trouble they defy the Atlanteans with ease. Some are good, some are evil, some greedy, some give to the poor. Pirates who attack ships and pilfer all treasure, some even look for the Lost Capital Lemuria. Legend states that the saviors of the ocean will rise from them…---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As you can all see, it's a very open worlded simple rp where you can create the world and move to your pleasure. All types of magical girls are needed so, please sign up if you have time! Any opinions, feedback and comments leave them here or contact me. Read you all later with the second part.

Sure! I might make a magical girl to clash with the seven generals and make the mysterious sea dragon more human. As not to lose control we could post with an icon, banner of pic of the character as no to get lost. Also we're gonna need suggestions for the islands of the world, characters, enemies and more! so any opinion on them is welcome! and any idea as well! |

| In depth, a deep look at the setting and character classes of the roleplay! as Always, comments, suggestions and submissions are welcome! The world of Aecor:- Spoiler:
A world covered vastly by water, it has a wide-variety of climates and each isle has their pride on this, as to them it is part of their identities. There are many races that compose this world and life is very diverse:-Humans: The most dominant class, they are versed in all the arts from, trade to magic. They are the most numerous on Aecor.-Denizens of the deep: As Aecor is a world with a big ocean, it is no surpirse that its underwater populations has evolved. Some of them look like fish, while others as mermaids. The count is numerous and, they are crafty and well versed in magic, but are only good for sea battles, as they can change to reside on land but, once every few weeks they must return to the sea and bathe in its waters as it is vital for them in order to survive. This being the reason why many of them use special gear to remain on land for longer times.Elves:Denizens of isles far way, the live in a secluded way of life and use unique weapons such as the bows. Because they are more loving to the land and especially forest, they are bullied by the other races in general, also as they have a gift to learn magic quickly, part of this ruse comes from the fear they should decide to attack. Peace loving and rational, the stay away from worldy matters and it is rare to see them outside their forest isles. As the world we know, it has seven seas and rather than continents lots of isles, archipielagos and such are dominant on its surface it is divided into 2 main political divisions: Atlantis, jewel of the sea:- Spoiler:
The most advanced isle on the surface of Aecor, it boasts everything to be a utopia, breathtaking views, amazing night skylines, high technology transport, the best school to teach magic, Also it has an underwater extension for the inhabitants also are composed of aquatic beings who require the sea to live. It is no surprise that many want to come here for a better life and due to the former Queen's gentle heart, opportunities were open to all. With the rule of King Shio a fee must be payed to enter and an even bigger fee to be an inhabitant, still it is the best land to find a good life.
To show its dominion, its ports have 7 lighthouses for each of the seas and powered by special magic, the light goes far,far away and the porthouse still remains true to its ancient ways.
The United Lands of the Poseidra Ocean:- Spoiler:
While not as big as Atlantis, they were neighboring isles that joined in an effort to stay away from the Atlantean army, and soon became well developed and many who despise Atlantis' rule go there for trade, medical treatment and such.
It is a vital place for pirates as they reunite here and are even praised by the population. The classic style of the places and the warm hearts of people are an attraction for many. While it has support from many small isles, relatively many islands remain neutral to both them and Atlantis and even so, The Poseidra army protects them nonetheless.
Their armies are not as organized as the Atlantean ones but are no less a threat. They are however more willing to listen to reason and don't attack as often as the Atlanteans do, for they consider the sailor kinsmen and are willing to let them go free, as long as they don't commit serious acts of crime. their tactics are rowdy and they are overall uncouth but, still are a force to be reckoned with.
The Atlantean army
- Spoiler:
The army: Being the army of Atlantis, they hold great pride in defending it and bringing justice to those who defy its rule. Usually seen with with a fish shaped helmet and scales akin to a fish, they have good physical strength, however the afforementioned pride is their great weakness as they think by attacking in great numbers the advantage is theirs. Most of them use chains, spears and other weapons; They have little knowledge of magic and prefer not to use it. Also they are not only composed by humans but by residents of the sea making them a well-versed force, albeit with weaknesses. They are divided into several classes:-Pikesmen:Usually the most common ones, they are equipped with weapons and not limited to pikes. They have great knowledge of how to use their weapons but pirates are still able to bring them down with ease, this being the reason that in great numbers they do present a large threat.-Marksmen:Using long distance weapons, they go behind the pikesmen and shoot to cause damages on enemy ships and take down pirates from a long distance. It is not common to see them and they come most often when the amy seeks to destroy a ship in which case they are mostly triumphant. While their riffles and other firearms are good, at close range they are mediocre.-Phalanx: The heavy infantry, their armors have been reforged to withstand any kind of blow. It is said they can withstand cannon fire and come out unscathed and also bear weapons with great attack power. However the powerful resistance they boast is exchanged for mobility and speed, and as such they only appear either on land battles or when the enemy uses too much firearms and cannons.
-Magic Division: A support-offensive batallion, they engage in support, offensive and defensive spells, in most battles it is said they are the key to winning as their magic is versatile and unexpected by most. Using magic of all types they support their comrades and are able to sink normal ships with ease, however in close range all they can do is run.
The Seven Generals, elite troops of the sea:
- Spoiler:
The most powerful soldiers of the Atlantean army, to the common public they are a myth as very few have seen them and even fewer lived to tell the tale. Being former Queen Hilda's personal body guard and the Current King Shio's right hand, They are well versed in magic, strength and tactics. The Seven Generals are not good nor evil but uphold order in the ocean. Each one enforces justice as they see fit and more often than not, they are fair. The sole sight of their scales fills the enemy with fear, as they represent many aspects of the ocean, ranging from beauty, rage, awe ect. Also, their armors cannot be damaged by normal means, as firearms, cannons and such mean nothing to them as they're protected by magic of the sea, it is said that their items' magic is derived from the fabled Nibelung ring, also there are many relics distributed along the Seven Seas with magic weaker but similar to their own relics, they strive to find them so no one can use their magic for evil. Only those with a good level of magic can confront them and hope to live to tell the tale. They each hold a base of operations in their domain to maintain order and keep an eye on their sea. The locations are only known to the sick Queen Hilda and not even King Shio knows where they reside. They do appear if they deem pirates too bloodthirsty or greed as to them "The sea must remain blue" and condemn those who spill blood in it with no reason other than to enjoy killing. There are seven of them, one for each sea: -The Arctic Ocean -The North Atlantic Ocean -The South Atlantic Ocean -The Indian Ocean -The North Pacific Ocean -The South Pacific Ocean -The Southern (or Antarctic) Ocean They have also magical items which legend states came from the Nibelung ring itself. These items are like their badges of office and are used not only for their power, but to maintain weather conditions, salinity, wind and other elements in balance in their respective seas. As mentioned before, rather than moral alignment, they represent the sea's aspects of richness, punishment, judgment and the elements the sea has been given ever since mythological times.
Pirates, terror of the seas
- Spoiler:
Sailors who live the good life, the sail the seas in order to look for treasure, engage in combat, drink mead, and pilfer loot to their satisfaction. They are mostly driven by their love of coin, though some of them are good hearted and help the ones in need with their treasure, even so the populations has mixed reactions to them. They hail mostly from the united lands, as they have made Atlantis their enemy. An integral part to their success is their crew, when working together with can bring down any opponent, though like the Altantean army, many are carried away by pride and arrogance. They uses cutlasses, firearms and cannons to inflict terror, however some have a vast knowledge of magic and can be on par with the magic division of the Atlanteans or higher even. Their Ships vary according to their style of battle, funding and other elements but most are armed to the teeth so to sink enemy, merchant and army ships. Their emblem adorns their ships and as the ships themselves they vary with objective, viciousness and other elements. The more terror they cause, the more their emblem gains reputation so it is integral that they show it. Some of them like to dock on isles to rest and restock for provisions, others had enough coin to build their bases on deserted isles and they keep their docks there so as not to attract enemy attention.
Letter of Marque:
- Spoiler:
A license to fit out an armed vessel and use it in the capture of enemy merchant shipping and to commit acts that would otherwise have constituted piracy. This letter constituted credential for sailors that work either for The United Lands or Atlantis. In the case of Atlantis, the population, being patriotic, begged Queen Hilda for the right to defend themselves and their homeland and the Queen gladly handed them out. In the case of the United lands, they disagreed of Atlantis' rule and to show their freedom they worked for the sake of the people of the lands. Today, the conflict still goes on but King Shio has made a tax for the owners to give 10% of their loot to Atlantis and also the letters can go on from generation to generation if needed.
As a given advantage, those who bear one of these, are mostly exempt from The armies of both parties, however should the Seven Shoguns judge the bearers as loyal only to their bloodlust, greed and ambition, they will not hesitate to take down the target and give them a watery grave, though this happens in rare cases.

| Ahoy there mateys! Today, I will be the guide for pirates and for how to survive in Aecor! Aye, 'tis not an easy task but no matter! Let us depart!Magical pirates...I Mean Bodaci...I mean Pretty Pirates!- Spoiler:
Cor Blimey! I thought all pirates were supposed to be as ugly as a mackerel of the south but no. In old times, like really old times in the times of those Lemurian legends, there were some bilge rats who wanted that power for themselves. Aye, to that end they tried to duplicate that blasted Ring. Those scoundrels almost did the job.Almost...As the ring obeyed only those of the royal familiy, these relics also obeyed whoever they chose. They were said to be the elite guardians of the ancient world, protecting the sea and the ring along with the queen's orders, surprisingly they chose mostly females, as males in those times had hearts blacker than a moonless night. Also, the ones they chose, served the Lemurian queen. Today, little to no known pirates wields that power.
Relics of the deep.- Spoiler:
The lost Lemurian Relics, much like those scoundrels, the seven generals, have a power similar to the Nibelung ring. Meaning when the relic, usually in the shape of a pearl or jewel, finds an owner it will transform into something that reflects the owner's heart and the magical suit will also reflect the user's heart as water gives only a reflection of you. In the mythological era, the wielders were mostly female and called "Miko" or "priestess" due to the power to move the sea itself.
If you're lucky enough to find one, be sure to have a clean inside alrite mate? The magical mascots...I mean The Mizu.- Spoiler:
Mizu, are creatures who live on a certain island and in some parts of the sea. They are multiform creatures, with high affinity for magic. More often than not they take the shape of cute animals of the deep, some however of land animals, for these reason, females covet them, and it is not strange for a man to give one to his beloved. While they look cute, shiver me timbers mate!
They are no pushovers, while not blessed with offensive magic, their support and defense make up for it.From smelling treasure, locating enemies, using their ears as sonar, and many more useful skills, they are a fine addition for a pirate, not to mention it is said most female pirates want one. Also, the Seven Shoguns are rumored to own one each, for their hard tasks. The Mizu are mostly lax and though they help recharge the Lemurian relics, they are sometimes Snarky and stingy and refuse to help. Liberty is a thing beyond all price…or is it?- Spoiler:
Most crews are divided into privateers and buccaneers. Privateers as stated before have their letters of marque, meaning that they work alone, but under the banner of Atlantis or the United Lands. While at first sight it looks like simple submission, it brings lots of good benefits. Some Coin to start your crew, recruitment, a hideout and information in the guild. However, they call the shots and when they want an enemy down, you comply or comply, unless you want to respond to those landlovers…also you’re probably going to fight under that banner, so mate, if you don’t like ideals, be careful. Bucaneers, are free, no master, no ideal, pilfering at their heart’s content. However, most are scoundrel and more than a few are sea rats waiting to send you through the plank! So be careful around them, also they have their advantages: No one knows where your base is, nor whom do you recruit, and treasure for yerself. However, be wary of the Armies and especially the Seven Shoguns, for receiving a visit from them really sends you the wrong way. But to mend this, help the people. The war has been tough even on old seadogs; islands in starving, destroyed villages….you name it. If you help the people, you charisma will prevent the armies’ attack and the generals’ judgment on you. The Crew- Spoiler:
In the sea, your mates are like your family, you cover their back, and they cover yours. Though, an unbalanced crew means you becoming shark bait. Don’t like it? Then have a balanced crew The roles I’m about to list are not all the roles needed and by no means should limit ye, however a balanced crew will lead to successful treasure which means…rich!CaptainThe Captain commands the entire crew as its leader. Usually has some knowledge of magic and is the strongest one. Taking decisions and managing the ship is his or her role.First Mate The First Mate is the second-in-command of the pirate crew. He or she usually oversees the work of the other crew members, and answers only to the Captain.NavigatorThe Navigator charts the ships path and keeps it on course. CookThe Cook prepares the crew's meals and makes sure the kitchen is stocked.DoctorThe Doctor treats everyone's injuries and handles the sick. Most high ranking crews have doctors with high skill on magic. GunnerThe Gunner mans and maintains the cannons. He or she must be an expert marksman and usually wields a gun or some type of projectile-based weapon.
ShipwrightThe Shipwright fixes and maintains the ship. Vital in battles to detect damage and repair it.SwordsmanThe Swordsman takes care of close-range combat. He or she must be an expert swordsman and usually wields one or more swords of melee weapons. He or she usually led the raids with the other swordsmen following.SpyThis position is given to pirates that are able to get information and steal with out being noticed. Spies must be in good body shape that allows them to be acrobatic and fast to run away if spotted.Helmsman The Helmsman steers the ship. This position can easily be filled by any of the other crew members.
Lookout The Lookout mans the crow's nest and uses a telescope or binoculars to gaze out at the horizon, ever alert for approaching ships and land masses. This position can be leisurely filled by any member of the crew. But a crew member with the official Lookout position will probably practically live in the crow's nest. He or she will likely heavily personalize the space due to spending so much time there, such as by adding a hammock or sleeping bag, or stocking it with books to read and snacks to eat.QuartermasterThe Quartermaster is in charge of overseeing ship preparations and announcing when the ship is ready to set sail. They also assign crew quarters. It helps for them to have skill with weather knowledge, so as to be able to tell if it is really wise to set sail or not. This position is normally only present on larger crews or trade ships.
BlacksmithThe Blacksmith repairs and maintains all of the weapons, armor, and equipment of the crew. They also make new weapons for the crew. TailorThe Tailor mends and sews up the damaged clothing of the crew members. He or she can help with care for the skin due to sun exposure, hair styling and other related things.
ScholarThe Scholar is the researcher and general knowledge expert of the crew. He or she will often provide the crew with information on locations and things they come across. It also helps for the scholar to have knowledge of languages, should the crew encounter people who speak a different languageChronicler The Chronicler records the crew's adventures in their log book. They normally don't take part in the major activities and goings-on so as to properly chronicle the events. Chroniclers are usually historians who have noticed the various changes and epic events that tend to happen when the pirate crew gets involved, and thus have joined up with them so as to "experience history as it's being made" and record it accurately.MerchantThe Merchant keeps record of the crew's inventory and spending. It is usually the Merchant who will purchase new supplies, exchange treasure for Beli, trade with the people of every port town, and hand each of the crew members their spending money.Musician The Musician plays music to entertain the crew. They are essential on long sea voyages, where pirates will have trouble keeping themselves entertained. JanitorThe Janitor is in charge of cleaning the ship and making sure it does not get dirty. The ship can easily be cleaned by any member of the crew, so the only reason for this position is to lessen the work load of the other crew members.Cabin Boy/GirlThe Cabin Boy or Girl performs the grunt work and menial chores on the ship. Considered to be junior or apprentice pirates, they are usually kept busy so as to teach them the lessons of being a pirate. When there is no work to be done, they are usually forced to polish cannonballs. Mizu/PetsPirates often keep pets, so to speak. Cats are often kept on ships to hunt rats. And dogs are always faithful companions. And despite what some may think, pirate parrots weren't just a myth. Historically, pirates really did keep parrots as pets. The talking birds kept pirates entertained during long voyages. Your base of operations, no place like home.- Spoiler:
Aye, your home, place of rest. This can be designed as you wish, as the sea is vast and has many deserted islands. Of course be sure to choose a good location, make sure to have supplies, sweet water, aye no better treat after a long journey, also a place to get supplies easily. That said, 'tis up to you how to put your own.
- Mew Ami wrote:

That is the idea. The classes you saw are for enemies, I put some ideas for crew. If you want, become captain and make your crew NPC or join as one for a crew. Play it out as you will, Also the girls can be swordsmen, handle the cannons or medics, stylists and cooks. Just as long as it doesn't affect your plans.
- Mew Ami wrote:
- EDIT:
Wait any of the classes can be? That is correct. Nothing stops a denizen of the deep having a fish crew...as long as you know, they are not in the armies Or, Elves as pirates are not restricted either. The pikes and the classes listed formerly are the enemy types of the enemy armies if you're a pirate.
Also If anyone wants more than 2 or one characters, just post so and we can use banners or pics to show which character is active. All that remains is to shape the world if you see it needs it the seven generals, the king and queen which I can make in case. - Mew Ami wrote:

Sure, Jezi seems good enough and her fight against the East India Trading ompany gave me the idea for the next general. So you can create your own characters or make your crew NPC. Your choice |
