I do, depending on the series. Suite Precure was especially bad about having these things run up to two minutes. 

In some Precure seasons the roll call thing takes longer than the transformation itself. And since it's for the most part stock footage I don't mind skipping it.

Sometimes the villains will surprise me by attacking in the middle of the finisher, or the finisher will fail for other reasons, so I end up having to back up a bit.

I use this time to grab something or look at my email. XD Precure really loves their role calls. I tend to ignore those too.

I am a lazy butt to skip these. :V But that doesn't stop that they are nicely animated in the most flashy way...

But I can do that if I have a friend who is casual about it but wants to skip these stock footages.
