Well this is interesting. People are speculating that Glitter Force didn't do so well for Saban.

Personally I can't say I'm too upset if that's the case. Saban really needs to move on from the 90s already. I think the big problem with Glitter Force is that they dumb it down so much that it just becomes boring. I'm no expert on what kids want, but making a show more boring doesn't seem like a winning strategy to me.

Still, that is just speculation. And a video has surfaced online of a Doki Doki adaptation in the making. If that's still going ahead, I wonder how Toei's in house department will handle it.

I watched like 10 seconds of Glitter Force and I turned it off. I normally love over top cheesy dubs, but it was too much.

Haha, I agree. I tried watching Glitter Force like, this can't be too bad, right?? And then when I saw that they literally spoiled who every Cure was in the first episode, when it was blindingly obvious as it was? I was so offended that I just gave up on the spot. Seriously, Saban. American kids are NOT that stupid.
