As seen in that Magical Chaser game!

Not sure why she's even there considering she doesn't seem to be a Magical Girl at all.

Kasumin is the story of a small girl named Kasumi. She is responsible, strong and full of energy, with a voice that's as pleasant as fifty cats clawing a chalkboard.

Kasumi's parents are going to Africa to do research, and she's going to be staying at a house called the "Kasumi House", which apparently belongs to her family.

She quickly finds that things are not as they seem, for the Kasumi house is inhabited entirely by strange creatures that are basically the cutesy kid show equivalent of youkai inhabiting strange objects.

The scenery is kinda lovely in this one. A kind of water-color look that's really pleasing to the eyes.

As can be seen rather blatantly here, the character designs are very Ojamajo Doremi. I guess that's part of the reason she was in Magical Chaser? For some reason in that game she could do things like fire giant energy balls and summon an airplane. Considering the nature of the other characters in this show, it seems unlikely that she's going to develop any powers herself.

Naisho (the people who subbed Fun Fun Pharmacy) have picked up this 26 episode series, so yea. Time to enjoy some obscure thing no one has ever heard of. Seems fun so far.

It is really cute, and kinda funny, but I'm suuuper uncomfortable with the whole "Grade school age-child is constantly tormented and forced to work for a bunch of... what seem to be adults." Worse because they can all use strange powers against her to keep her in line.

In particular the bratty, selfish daughter of the "family" that lives here. She's apparently an adult woman, who just had a divorce and makes Regina from Doki Doki Precure look like a nun. She forces Kasumi to do things like clean her room and give her a massage, prepare a bath for her, and threatens Kasumi with her powers (she tickles her, but still.) if she doesn't comply.

Much of the comedy seems to come from her frustration and desire to leave this place, but events conspire to keep her around.
