But seriously. I'm Lucky or if the mood strikes you you can call me Ellie. Procrastinator, aspiring writer, band geek, and very good at pretending I'm interesting. I feel kind of young next to the college students, but I, too, am interested in the sciences.

Tokyo Mew Mew was the first anime I ever watched (not counting Pokémon) and even though I can go back now and pick it all apart and find plot holes and bad characterization nearly everywhere I still love it for some reason. I don't read much fanfiction because honestly it's hard to find much quality in this fandom, but I take it when I see it. I also write fanfiction sometimes, but mostly I just talk about writing it. I am working on a Tokyo Mew Mew AU right now that I swear I'm going to get off the ground though.

Other than Tokyo Mew Mew I'm big into video games. Pokémon, Harvest Moon, and Legend of Zelda mostly, but I'll give anything a try. Mario too. There's nothing like a good platformer.

But yeah. I'm probably going to mostly just lurk, but I'll pop up every now and then. And now watch me go through all the threads and find a reason to post in all of them.

We seem to have a lot of our favorite games series in common, too. (Yay for Zelda!) TMM was either the second or third that I watched (the other variable being CSS), and while I can agree that the series has plot holes, it's hard to not like it anyway.

What was your fanfiction idea for? I got a niggling one for a complete AU, even down to time period and genre, but I'm not sure if I'm going to write it. And if I do, when. *Sweatdrop.*

Nintendo just has so many great franchises. And thank you, but I'll probably change it to something Tokyo Mew Mew related soon. Really I just used the first picture I found in my files.

Complete AU. Thanks to the use of Mu Aqua as a fuel source the world is more technologically advanced and the aliens are portrayed as more of a militaristic kind of people. Eleven fan Mews (at least one of which is also a robot (at least two of which still have no design)) plus the five canon Mews (though they don't appear until much later) and it's not just the four canon aliens coming to earth, but a full on invasion. I'm also going to throw in some more scientists and a government conspiracy because I can. It's also going to be a lot darker and edgier than the original series. I don't know why, but I really want to write this.

It's not often that I've heard of AUs that take the story int that direction. But I love darker and edgier, especially in a series where the canon only has a few episodes that show things realistically.

I actually have a Sailor Moon OC-focus story that is "darker and edgier", I just need to write it, XD.

I haven't been on this forum in ages and I don't know why I decided to come back now when I'm caught in the throes of camp NaNoWriMo and won't have internet for the entire second half of July/first half of August, but I did

I have no idea what it's about.  There are aliens and a bunch of characters went fishing and I did not plan well enough at all.  That being said, it's going about as well as I expected it to.
