Is anyone here a fan of W.I.T.C.H. the animated series?



In my opinion, it is one of the best magical girl series out there. Even though it is different from the comics, it is still good TV series. 

I like how the show is  not too girly like Winx Club, their rival. Also, the action scenes are different form many action shows. Season two is when the series really picked up because Greg Weisman took over (if you do not know him, he worked in shows like Gargoyles and Young Justice). He fixed many mistakes of the comics.

This series had character development, sub-plots that were relatable, the Guardians had personality and diverse background, other characters such as Caleb, and Elyon were cool as well (even Blunk though not many people liked him), the jokes were actually funny, and they use their wings unlike the comics that only Hay Lin could fly. The villains were not your typical villains. Through out the show, either the villains won or the heroes won. It was like a chess game. 

W.I.T.C.H. is an incredible series. I would recommend to everyone to watch it.

I've watched every episode and read some of the comics and i have to agree with you: The animated series fixed a lot of the comics problems. I always found it silly that only Hay Lin could fly and they didn't have Caleb turn out to be a murmerer (and his romance with Cornelia wasn't all tragic either). 

I reeaally wish they made a season 3 for it but apparantely it was cancelled due to some critics hating on the second season.

W.I.T.C.H is one of my favorite cartoon series along with Winx Club and I have seen both seasons of W.I.T.C.H too. It would have been nice if the series got a 3rd season since the 2nd season ended in a cliffhanger and the W.I.T.C.H cartoon series deserves a proper ending.
